Samui Island (Koh Samui) is one of the major islands of the Gulf of Siam and is a one and a half hour flight from Bangkok. Napasai is a resort on Baan Tai beach near the town of Maenam in the north of the island, a 25 minute transfer from the airport.

Getting here

Access is easy with regular flights departing from Bangkok, and several ferry and jetboat companies also operate from Surat Thani.

From Koh Samui International Airport:

• Exit the airport then make a left turn heading north for about half a mile. Turn left (west) at the first junction onto Route 4171 Laan Thong Road towards Bo Phut.
• Proceed on Laan Thong Road for about 2 miles, staying to the left as the road comes to a *T* intersection.
• There you will see a sign for Napasai Resort.
• Make a right turn heading north on route 4169 for about about 2.5 miles following hotel signs directing you through the village of Maenam, after which you will see Belmond Napasai's entrance on your right.
